Refunds & Cancellations

1. Voluntary donations

Amounts contributed through this website are voluntary donations to support relief programmes. Once a payment is successfully completed and recorded, it is treated as a confirmed donation unless an exception below applies.

2. When a refund may be issued

• Failed transaction debited: Your bank or UPI account was charged but our system shows the donation as unsuccessful or pending beyond a reasonable reconciliation period.
• Duplicate payment: The same donor was charged twice for the same intended donation because of a technical error.
• Incorrect amount: A clear processing error caused a materially wrong amount to be recorded against your intent, verified on review.

3. When refunds are not provided

• Change of mind after a successful donation
• Disagreement with how funds are used within lawful charitable programme priorities
• Donations made in error without contacting us promptly with supporting details

4. How to request a review

Email support@wecareconnect.in within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Donor name and mobile number
• Date and amount of payment
• Payment reference, order ID, or bank/UPI transaction ID
• Brief reason for the request

We review requests in coordination with Cashfree and banking records. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Cancellations before payment

If you close the payment window or cancel before completing checkout, no donation is recorded and no amount is charged. You may start a new donation at any time from the home page.
